Brent Hyldahl

As Managing Director of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, Brent specializes in retail, mixed-use, medical/office, and net lease properties throughout New Jersey and the Northeast. He represents developers, private investors and 1031 exchange buyers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Within his first four years at Marcus & Millichap, Hyldahl successfully closed over $100 million in commercial transactions. Brent has received numerous sales achievement awards, Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s “Best and Brightest Under 40” and NJBiz’s “Leader in Real Estate Construction & Design”. Hyldahl earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business economics from Ramapo College. He continues to serve as a key resource for clients navigating 1031 exchange opportunities and market dynamics across New Jersey.
