With his experience in a wide variety of commercial product types, office, retail, industrial, land, and multi-family, Ben joined Marcus & Millichap to focus on investment property sales. He has been responsible for selling and leasing well over $800 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions during his 16+ years with the New Jersey Office. He has earned a number of distinctions and has been elevated to Vice President Investments and Driector Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap.
